Engaging disabled entrepreneurs
Client:
Business Link London
Business Link London wanted to improve their understanding of how new media could be used to engage disabled entrepreneurs in a way which would benefit their businesses.
Digital Public was asked to conduct research and carry out a proposition development exercise.
To fulfill the projects requirements, Digital Public:
- Engaged in desk research examining how digital media is used by people with disabilities
- Interviewed disabled entrepreneurs and other stakeholders
Results
Digital Public developed an offering that combined a range of next generation content and tools, including a social media aspect and the provision of business advice and seminars using online media. We also developed a set of collateral that included flash animation and video to demonstrate how Business Link London could provide customers with support services, peer support, and gain access to advisors.
Business Link London is currently seeking additional funding for piloting aspects of the proposition.
