Consulting is a people business. We believe that by attracting the best people, Digital Public will continue to grow and deliver some of the most exciting projects in the public sector.
Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds from management consulting, to design, marketing, PR, technology, new media and the third sector. We look
for something different in our consultants, aiming to match their
skills and desire for development with the projects they work on.

Our clients like working with us because we never approach them with an off-the-shelf product, but work in partnership to develop innovative bespoke solutions that meet their needs, and their budgets.
Our consultants like working for us because we are a specialist consultancy that isn't constrained by a rigid hierarchy. We also offer a level of flexibility in our projects, the way we work and the environment we work in that is hard to rival.
We work with two types of consultants – employees and associates - who work in joint teams from a mix of locations including our headquarters on London's Great Portland Street, our satellite office near Westminster and various client sites across central London.
Staff
Being a member of the core Digital Public team is an exciting and rewarding experience that will see you working on a range of projects, both internally and externally.
As part of the Engine Group, the UK's largest independent communications agency, we have an excellent benefits package for staff that includes an annual bonus scheme, Health Care, Life Insurance, a reduced corporate gym membership, Child Care vouchers and a subsidised cycle-to-work scheme.
We also hold quarterly team social events, provide a free breakfast if you're in before 9, and offer training and personalised learning.
Associates
As an associate, you could be working on a project that lasts for anything from three weeks to three years, with the opportunity to become a member of the permanent team, and the chance to develop as a specialist.
Our associates also have the flexibility to balance outside interests along with working within the Digital Public team.
We offer flexibility in working hours, whether it be for further studies, or a desire to spend more time with your family.
So, if you're interested in joining a team that understands the needs of modern life, and where no two days are ever the same, then give Linda Goddard a call, or use the form on this page to send us your CV and a covering letter.
